华为Mate50是否采用了利扬芯片的北斗短报文芯片?联系华为相关人员由于涉及到厂商保密条款,暂未得到确定的答案.不过国内研发北斗短报文芯片的厂商其实有很多,其中包括海格通信(002465.SZ)、北斗星通(002151.SZ)、振芯科技(300101.SZ)、华力创通(300045.SZ)、三维通信(002115.SZ)、云鼎科技(000409.SZ)、高斯贝尔(002848.SZ)、华力创通(300045.SZ)、合众思壮(002383.SZ)、天奥电子(002935.SZ)等上市公司可提供北斗中下游芯片模组和产品.同时也不排除华为海思自产自销.
利扬芯片通过模拟北斗卫星信号对芯片的关键参数爱普生有源晶振进行测试,包含信号接收、差分增强、组合导航功能、AGNSS功能、首次定位时间、灵敏度、精度、多音干扰消除、功耗等;另外在射频部分对芯片的多频点并行接收,中频I/Q输出,ADC采样性能进行分析与评价.

北斗导航芯片模组爱普生温补晶振目前广东利扬测试芯片688135.SH发布公告,表示公司已于近期完成全球首颗北斗短报文SoC芯片的测试方案开发并进入量产阶段.根据利扬芯片的公告,短报文芯片由重庆西南集成电路设计有限责任公司设计研发,利扬芯片为该芯片独家提供晶圆级CP测试服务.
